There's a multitude of ways to develop strategy. Having worked with many different organisations in a variety of industries, many of whom want a "process", I often work within the approach outlined on the left.

Closely collaborating with your Executive Team, I can show you how to: review the elements affecting your business and market; consider the likely future in which you will be operating; challenge your corporate truths; position your business; determine your core competencies; affirm your unique value proposition; and engage the hearts and minds of your desired customers.

Successful strategy formulation transcends a traditional view of "beating" your competitors. Considering how and when to collaborate, and what relationships you want with your external stakeholders is also vital. And of course, strategy is constantly evolving. So I prefer to build a process that is iterative and that allows you to refine your Strategy Road Map as your situation changes.
